The Committee of Program Heads for Physical Education extends its sincere congratulations and profound appreciation to the esteemed faculty members and student participants for their invaluable commitment to attending the inaugural Summit for Internationally Outstanding Honor Students in Kinesiology, scheduled to convene at the prestigious University of Santo Tomas from April 1 to 5, 2024.
These achievements celebrated are indebted to Professor Hosung So, President and CEO of the International Organization for Health, Sports, and Kinesiology (IOHSK) IOHSK. His visionary leadership has paved the way for the inaugural Summit for Internationally Outstanding Honor Students in Kinesiology, fostering collaboration and academic excellence. We express profound gratitude for his pivotal role in advancing the field and inspiring scholarly endeavors worldwide.
We also extend our gratitude to Dr. Thomas L. McKenzie, Lifetime Honorary President of IOHSK, whose generous contributions greatly benefit aspiring Physical Educators and Kinesiologists, aligning with our mission to support young students in achieving their aspirations.

CONGRATULATIONS to Ms. Izzy Abenoja, a BPEd 3 student from the College of Teacher Education (CTE) at UIC, along with Asst. Professor Regine Joyce M. Rodriguez, UIC's BPEd Coordinator who have been selected to participate in the prestigious 2024 Inaugural Summit for Internationally Outstanding Students in Kinesiology. This esteemed event which is organized by the International Organization for Health, Sports, and Kinesiology (IOHSK), will be hosted by the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines, from April 1-5, 2024.
Ms. Abenoja and Asst. Prof. Rodriguez will represent UIC at this summit, joining delegates from other universities across the Philippines, including the University of Santo Tomas, Davao Oriental State University, University of Mindanao, Cor Jesu College, and St. John Paul II College of Davao. Their participation is generously supported by IOHSK, covering all expenses for their attendance.

Cor Jesu College's Bachelor of Physical Education (BPED) takes immense pride in the upcoming participation of Mr. James Kaixer Payan, a third-year Bachelor of Physical Education student. Alongside Ms. Genieve Alyssa Gonzaga, LPT MPE, a Moderator of the Organization of Physical Education Majors, Mr. Payan is gearing up for an exceptional journey.
IOHSK is organizing a transformative summit hosted by the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines from April 1-5, 2024. This summit serves as a platform for outstanding students to exchange insights and ideas, shaping the future of kinesiology.
Representing Cor Jesu College, Inc., Ms. Genieve Alyssa Gonzaga and Mr. James Kaixer Payan will stand alongside peers from various universities and colleges across the Philippines. Their participation is made possible by the generous support and approval of IOHSK President, CEO, and Founder Prof. Hosung So, covering all expenses for their attendance.

The 2024 Inaugural Summit for Internationally Outstanding Honor Students in Kinesiology is set to occur in the Philippines from April 1β5, 2024, at the University of Santo Tomas in Manila.
This summit's goal is to unite young scholars specializing in health, sports, and kinesiology to promote collaboration and the exchange of ideas. It also aims to establish a robust national and international network through engaging lectures, interactive workshops, and opportunities for research partnerships during the summit. Additionally, the event emphasizes enhancing personal and professional growth to develop the skills and attributes needed for future scholars and leaders in the kinesiology field.
Ms. Lorille Inguito from the BPEd Division has been selected to represent Holy Cross College of Calinan, Inc. at the International Outstanding Honor Students in Kinesiology (IOHSK) Summit. The grant provided fully covers her participation throughout the summit, including round-trip airfare from Davao to Manila, accommodation, meals, and all necessary materials.
Thomasian Sports Leaders to Represent UST in International Student Summit in Kinesiology
The UST- Institute of Physical Education and Athletics (IPEA) extends its congratulations and most profound appreciation to all the exceptional Thomasian students chosen to participate in the 2024 Inaugural Summit for Internationally Outstanding Honor Students in Kinesiology, which will be held at the Pontifical and Royal - University of Santo Tomas on April 1-5, 2024. 7 out of the 14 delegates that were chosen to be part of this summit would include UST students namely: Riecel Jollie Forcadela, Enzo Edward Pezayo, Angelica Phoebe Mendinueto, Jean Nikolai Correa, Brian Edzel Ordanza, John Ralph Tubon, and Averille Sacapano,
The inclusion of these students in the summit becomes a testament of their outstanding individual competencies, compassionate leadership, and IPEAβs commitment to support their personal and professional growth as future transformative sport leaders. The University of Mindanao (Main) is all set to brought the pride as Jerry Yan I. Lucenda, a 3rd-year Bachelor of Physical Education student, fulfills his readiness to take this milestone journey. Alongside with Prof. Junald Jay L. Versano, the BPE Program Head, exceeds its full participation in the prestigious event, namely the "2024 Inagural Summit for Internationally Outstanding Students in Kinesiology".
This event is organized by the International Organization for Health, Sports, and Kinesiology (IOHSK), in which the summit aims to generate transformative interactions, and promote collaboration through workshops and lectures that provide an opportunity to elevate research partnerships and conductions. This will be hosted at the University of Santo Tomas (UST) from April 1-5, 2024.
Mr. Lucenda, the selected participant for this international summit, has been generously provided with full grants that cover his full participation throughout the event. This includes accommodations, meals, necessary materials, and round-trip airfare from Davao to Manila.
